All our carers are fully trained and have experience in caring for Service Users who have had strokes.

As every stroke is different the rehabilitation is different – our carers liase with other professionals to ensure all your care needs are met and to ensure you meet your outcomes and goals.

We can offer you assistance with:

• Adjusting to new equipment
• Making life at home easier for you.
• Assisting in new ways such as personal care needs – i.e washing, dressing, oral care and hair care.
• Any many more adjustments

While promoting independence and dignity we are there for assistance, guidance, help and assurance at all times.
